Dr Raj Kumar is an ENT & Head and Neck Surgeon since 1995, presently serving as a Consultant Otolaryngologist at Pantai Hospital Klang.

A champion of Rotary’s core values, he views his involvement as an opportunity not only to serve humanity through Service Above Self, but also to drive personal transformation. Deeply committed to ethical practice, he is an ardent advocate of the Four-Way Test, using it as a continual self-assessment tool to inspire positive change.

As a Charter President of the Rotary Club of Klang Valley, Dr Raj has made significant contributions at both the club and district levels in various roles. His leadership and passion for community welfare were particularly evident when he served as Charter Chairman for District Action on Mental Health Initiatives in 2020, spearheading programs that have made a lasting impact.

He now looks forward to serving the District in this new capacity, bringing his expertise, passion, and commitment to further advancing community welfare.

Beyond his professional and Rotary commitments, Dr Raj shares a life of partnership with his wife, Dr Prameela, Professor of Paediatrics at MSU, reflecting a shared dedication to excellence in medicine and service to the community.
